Montclair Kimberly Academy Students Raise Cash for Habitat Newark

Students at Montclair Kimberly Academy recently had a fund raising project that resulted in a great donation to Habitat for Humanity Newark.

Pictured to the left are Steve Picone, Julie Emry and Korbin Felder, representing about forty students who were involved, along with their teacher Marianne Burke. Dave Zurheide, Executive Director of Habitat Newark and Jason Ramsey, Construction Manager, are also pictured.

Students who donated to the cause all signed a 2x4 which will be incorporated into a new house being built in Newark.
